Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and synthesize actionable strategic insights
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop patent-worthy frameworks for AI-human symbiosis systems
- Partner with C-suite to align tech roadmaps with market evolution
- Author thought leadership on the future of decentralized tech ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling future-vision proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in futurist/innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Certified in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published author in tech foresight or peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Strong network with VCs, academic institutions, and global tech councils
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
