Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Analyze customer-reported issues and provide step-by-step solutions to resolve software and hardware conflicts.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates and technical documentation to ensure accurate support.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 engineers while managing customer expectations.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer communications to de-escalate tense situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for a 9-hour shift.
- Valid US work authorization is required.
