Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming IT support tickets with a focus on resolution speed and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote and on-site clients.
- Perform nightly system maintenance, security patches, and updates to ensure operational integrity.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for knowledge base growth.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand off complex cases and ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Respond to critical alerts and escalations in a calm, professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.
