Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming technical support tickets via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Perform comprehensive system diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software failures.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and client feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless escalation and handover of complex issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide clients through technical procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide innovative solutions to recurring problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend hours.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
- Proficiency in using remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
