Responsibilities
- Implement and deploy software fixes and features during off-peak hours.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and security alerts.
- Conduct database maintenance and optimization to ensure uptime.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure quality assurance over the weekend.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
- Write clean, maintainable code and documentation.
- Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, or Go).
- Strong understanding of database management (SQL).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
