Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone and ticketing systems during overnight hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Monitor server health and perform routine system maintenance and patching.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Ensure data security compliance during night shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional IT support experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Mandatory availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.
