Responsibilities
- Manage weekend team operations (8-12 team members)
- Ensure service excellence and compliance with protocols
- Coordinate inventory and resource allocation
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism
- Conduct shift handovers and documentation
- Implement safety procedures and quality checks
- Mentor new weekend staff members
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in service/hospitality
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25lbs regularly
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., WhenToWork)
- Background check clearance required
