Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
- Resolve complex issues by collaborating with the support team and management.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
