Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and customer service to clients during Friday through Sunday shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with speed and accuracy.
- Log detailed case notes and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Maintain a professional, positive demeanor while managing high-volume inquiries.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical support roles is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and operating systems.
