Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Provide exceptional support to clients regarding orders, shipments, and account inquiries.
- Process Orders: Accurately input and verify customer orders and shipping information into the CRM system.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the management team promptly.
- Maintain Records: Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are documented accurately in our database.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday team to ensure seamless weekend operations.
- Inventory Assistance: Perform basic inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
