Responsibilities

- Process returns, exchanges, and merchandise transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing detailed product information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the management team.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
