Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Resolve: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for clients via remote desktop and phone support.
- Customer Interaction: Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication to clients during overnight hours.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system alerts and server health to prevent downtime.
- Documentation: Accurately document all support tickets, resolutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate senior technical team members.
- Remote Assistance: Utilize remote access tools to guide clients through technical solutions step-by-step.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
