Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Provide accurate product information and assist with order tracking.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure weekend coverage and support is seamless.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to weekend shoppers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
