Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Update customer records in the database to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex escalations.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating web browsers).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation to the downtown Omaha office.
