Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle payments.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining product displays.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockrooms are clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
