Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019) and Active Directory
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and VPN
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Train employees on new technology and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Experience with helpdesk systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
