Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Deploy and maintain cloud solutions (O365, Azure)
- Support on-site and remote employees with prompt issue resolution
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience required
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to start within 1 week of offer
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional site visits
