Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist employees with email configuration, printer setup, and remote access tools.
- Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical users in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the IT department to identify and resolve recurring technical problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or helpdesk environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
