Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues across Mac/Windows systems
- Assist 50+ daily users with troubleshooting connectivity, security, and application problems Manage ticketing system (Jira) with SLA adherence and documentation
- Onboard new team members with device setup and account configurations
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance
- Conduct weekly system health checks and report infrastructure needs
- Create/update technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 1+ years of technical support experience (helpdesk, IT support, or similar)
- Proficiency with macOS, Windows OS, and Google Workspace
- Strong diagnostic skills for network connectivity issues (WiFi, VPN, Ethernet)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with competing priorities
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Available for 25-30 hours/week (schedule flexibility required)
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
