Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues across Mac/Windows systems
  • Assist 50+ daily users with troubleshooting connectivity, security, and application problemsManage ticketing system (Jira) with SLA adherence and documentation
  • Onboard new team members with device setup and account configurations
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct weekly system health checks and report infrastructure needs
  • Create/update technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of technical support experience (helpdesk, IT support, or similar)
  • Proficiency with macOS, Windows OS, and Google Workspace
  • Strong diagnostic skills for network connectivity issues (WiFi, VPN, Ethernet)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with competing priorities
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
