Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and resolve network outages, security incidents, and server issuesDocument all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident escalations
- Deploy and configure hardware/software solutions across hybrid infrastructure
- Conduct system health checks and preventative maintenance tasks
- Train junior staff on SOPs and troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends
