Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using Zendesk or ServiceNow.
- Perform system installations, upgrades, and patch management for Windows and macOS environments.
- Configure and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data security compliance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Certification: CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator (MCSA) preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
