Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote access tools.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets with a focus on rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Perform basic system maintenance, updates, and security checks during off-hours.
- Adhere to strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards for response times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
