Responsibilities
- Supervise all warehouse activities and staff during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and order accuracy.
- Oversee the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet daily KPIs and deadlines.
- Manage inventory counts and resolve discrepancies immediately to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment usage and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift management team regarding incoming orders and volume spikes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Proven leadership experience in a shift-based environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
