Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and logistics workflows.
- Develop and maintain predictive models for demand forecasting and supply chain risk management.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL and Python to track KPI performance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in the Detroit hub.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel (Advanced Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
