Job Overview
You will be responsible for the efficient movement of goods within our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders and prepare them for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Shift Reporting: Communicate daily operational issues and shift progress to the shift lead.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy rates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
