Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily inventory shipments and documentation.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues with speed and accuracy.
- Perform data entry tasks using proprietary logistics software.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing packages and materials.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
