Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the workspace and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations and inventory.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
