Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping data, tracking numbers, and inventory levels.
- Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
