- Educate clients on best practices for software usage and security.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers with detailed documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and peripherals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems using logical deduction and available resources.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
