Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network connectivity problems, printer errors, and operating system failures.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the internal CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the IT department to escalate complex technical issues and escalate tickets when necessary.
- Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures to restore service and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates to provide informed assistance.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when handling high-volume customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
