Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer for technical roles.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
