Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining job requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers and technical leads, providing feedback and recommendations.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure our offers remain competitive in the Albuquerque market.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Albuquerque, NM office (Hybrid/On-site).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify talent gaps and develop creative solutions to fill critical positions.
