Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the entire interview process, scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their technical and cultural needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and industry demands.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineering, Data Science, or IT preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting or collaboratively in a hybrid office environment.
