Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify high-quality candidates in the Orlando market.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
• ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Workday).
• Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Florida tech market.

Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineering, IT, or Data).
• Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Location: Must be willing to work from our Orlando, FL office.
• Drive: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
