Responsibilities
- Full-cycle technical recruitment for AI/ML, Cloud, and Cybersecurity roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and market positioning
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics and optimize conversion funnels
- Lead employer branding initiatives for technical talent pipelines
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and diversity hiring standards
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS/tech companies
- Proven success placing senior software engineers and data scientists
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Deep understanding of technical stacks: Python, AWS, Kubernetes, ML frameworks
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills for competitive candidates
- Metrics-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
