Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search strategies to identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit against technical requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to ensure continuous hiring flow.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand project needs and refine job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize sourcing strategies for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong internet research skills and familiarity with social media recruiting tools.
