Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking, to identify passive candidates for immediate placement.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay current with industry trends and compensation data in the Nashville market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly placement quotas.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to work on-site in Nashville, TN.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
