Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across engineering disciplines
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and data science roles
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments with precision
- Optimize recruitment funnel metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with software engineering focus
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find technical talent (AI/ML, DevOps, Full-Stack)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering competencies
- Proven success in diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans tech ecosystem preferred
