Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
