Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Support.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to identify passive candidates in El Paso and remote locations.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Provide a superior candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources (Agency or Corporate).
- Deep understanding of technical concepts and software development life cycles.
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Excel.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to El Paso, TX.
