Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for large-scale federal technology contracts, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams and engage with high-level government stakeholders to align project goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and ITAR requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing robust contingency plans to keep initiatives on track.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports and business cases to senior leadership.
- Oversee vendor management and resource allocation for third-party contractors.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning to maximize team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the government, defense, or federal contracting sector.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) is required.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Project Management certification is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
