Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
- Enhance system reliability through Kubernetes orchestration and monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana
- Automate security compliance with AWS WAF, IAM policies, and infrastructure scanning tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production incidents within SLA targets
- Document infrastructure architecture and create runbooks for operational procedures
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices and cloud-native solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering
- Expert proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- Deep understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator)
- Proven track record of reducing deployment times by 40%+ in previous roles
