Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and server outages.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS) and applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Train end-users on best practices for cybersecurity and software usage.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required; CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
