Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for the Phoenix office.
- Manage and maintain the company network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices, laptops, and peripherals for a team of 50+ employees.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance schedules to prevent outages.
- Document all IT incidents, tickets, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to plan and execute quarterly hardware upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or a similar Help Desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required.
