Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Document incidents using ticketing systems (Jira Service Desk)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Conduct user training sessions for new systems
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and peripherals
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (rotational)
- Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
