Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to internal staff and clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of technical documentation and FAQs.
- Log and track all technical support tickets using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement software patches and security updates.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure proper utilization of company tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role (preferred for part-time).
