Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to company resources.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and resolve connectivity problems.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle high call volumes.
