Responsibilities

- Optimize job descriptions and career pages with SEO best practices to increase applicant volume
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Analyze recruitment metrics using ATS data and Google Analytics to refine strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to align recruitment campaigns with employer branding initiatives
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Implement A/B testing for job postings and career page layouts
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical recruiting with proven track record in IT/hiring
- Advanced SEO certification (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) or equivalent experience
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Boolean search techniques
- Proficiency in HTML, CMS platforms, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical requirements to diverse candidates
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruitment analytics and KPIs
- Local Sacramento market knowledge preferred
