Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified technical candidates through proactive outreach, Boolean searches, and leveraging professional networks
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and extending offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidates and ensure data accuracy
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering, product, or data roles
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in San Francisco's competitive tech market
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (e.g., Python, Java, React, cloud technologies)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment metrics
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines
