Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging qualified technical candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and data science positions
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conducting technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Optimizing recruitment processes and implementing innovative sourcing strategies
- Building and maintaining a diverse pipeline of passive candidates
- Analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level technical positions
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, React, cloud technologies)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP) preferred
